Status
Change the World v11 is open for public testing. Chesapeake now combines a dated 2026 baseline and real map geography with simplified planning areas, traffic corridors, development alternatives, simulated budget capacity, and transparent nine-seat Council votes. The Decision Lab compares alternatives without spending funds, shows the last decision’s consequences, and lets you keep a temporary comparison point. Save restoration validates current and older scenarios. Every overlay, plan, cost, index, and player outcome remains hypothetical.
Current product status
Public-testing City Planning Lab and fictional laboratory
v11 adds side-by-side decision previews, visible before-and-after effects, and a temporary comparison point for trying another path. Chesapeake’s City Planning Lab, traffic corridors, and Council decisions remain available. Anyone can play without an account; optional Beast sign-in unlocks private cloud saves across devices. This remains a build in progress.
